CASE STUDY
2024 Urban Mobility Report
PROJECT: Media Relations Plan and Promotion
The Texas A&M Transportation Institute produces America’s definitive research study on traffic congestion – a growing problem that costs the U.S. nearly $200 billion each year in lost productivity and wasted fuel, more than $1,000 for every American commuter, every year. To ensure that the research findings are widely publicized and clearly understood by both everyday commuters and policy makers, Bernie Fette leads a communications team to develop the study’s narrative and press release, disseminate the study to more than 200 national media contacts, and document the reach and value of the resulting news coverage. That coverage generates more than 50 million media impressions each year, along with more than $20 million in earned media value.
