I am an award-winning* writer, editor, producer, director,

podcaster, and media planner.

With backgrounds in journalism, research, and strategic communications, I am a lifelong storyteller. I’m the author of Men Don’t Talk About It: One man’s story of survival and escape from domestic abuse. I am an occasional student of cooking, gardening, and the guitar. A novice hiker, avid yoga practitioner, and marginal golfer who aspires to one day be an equally marginal pickleball player. I have a passion for following and understanding the public affairs developments that shape our community, our country, and our world.

And -- I thank the universe every single day that I am Nick’s father and Susan’s partner.
