Recognizing the need for objective insight to guide transportation planning for the future of Texas, the State Legislature created the Transportation Policy Research Center to conduct studies and help policy officials make more informed decisions about the state’s business and personal mobility needs. As a collaborator and coordinator, Bernie Fette worked with an art director, website developer and subject matter experts to create a full suite of communication tools and strategies for the TPRC to support outreach efforts with elected and appointed state leaders, as well as the news media and general public.
